Welcome to the VRedux launch guide for CS2. Make sure to follow all steps in order — skipping any step may result in incorrect operation.
Step 1 — Register on the website
To get started, you need to create an account on the official website:

Click the "Register" button in the top right corner. After successful registration you will be able to purchase the cheat. Three subscription plans are available: 15 days, 30 days and 90 days. Once you complete the purchase, the paid days will automatically appear in your profile and the loader download will become available.
Register, go to your profile and click "Activate key".
Step 2 — System preparation
Before launching, make sure the required components are installed on your computer.
Visual C++ Redistributable (both versions required)
DirectX
Archive utility
You will need an archive utility to unpack the file:
Step 3 — Steam configuration
Open Steam, click Steam in the top left corner and select "Settings". Go to the "Interface" section and make sure the "Steam Beta participation" option is disabled.
If Steam beta participation is enabled — the cheat may fail to launch.
Go back to your game library, right-click on Counter-Strike 2 and select "Properties". Make sure there is no -vulkan launch option — it interferes with the cheat.
Step 4 — Downloading and launching the loader
Click the "Download" button at the top of the website or go to your profile and download the loader from there. Make sure to copy the archive password — you will need it when unpacking.
Extract the downloaded archive using your archive utility and enter the copied password.
Move the .exe file to a convenient location and launch the loader.
In the login window, enter your username or email and your account password.
Click the Load button and wait for the loader to initialize the cheat.
When Steam opens — do not launch the game manually. Once the cheat is fully initialized, it will launch the game automatically. After the game opens, the text VRedux should appear in the top left corner — this means the cheat has been successfully injected.
Step 5 — Opening the cheat menu
Press the INSERT or HOME key on your keyboard to open the menu.
If your laptop does not have Insert / Home keys, try the combinations Fn + 0 or Fn + Delete. Key combinations may vary depending on the laptop model — if the menu does not open but the VRedux text is visible in the top left corner, search online for how to press Insert or Home on your specific laptop model.
