User Agreement for GetCheats.io

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') governs the terms of use of GetCheats.io (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site') and the purchase of software, services, and products offered on the Site. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with all provisions of this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. The use of Site services and the purchase of Products is also governed by the Offer (which this document references), which you confirm upon acceptance of the Agreement.

1. Acceptance of terms

1.1 By purchasing products or services on the Site or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and the Offer, which is a public contract whose terms you accept.

1.2 If you do not agree with any provisions of this Agreement or Offer, you must immediately cease using the Site and all services provided by GetCheats.io.

2. Use of services

2.1 The Site offers software, services, and products related to games (hereinafter referred to as 'Products'). By purchasing Products, you confirm that you are familiar with their description, functionality, and requirements, and are aware of possible limitations and risks associated with their use.

2.2 You agree to use the Products within the framework established by this Agreement and Offer, and not to use them for illegal purposes that violate third-party rights or violate the rules of the platforms on which the game is played.

3. License to use

3.1 After purchasing a Product on the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Product within the scope specified in the product description.

3.2 The license to use the Product does not give you the right to sell, resell, copy, distribute, decompile, hack, or use other methods of reverse engineering.

4. Restrictions and prohibitions

4.1 It is prohibited to use Products for the following purposes:

• Violation of games and platforms terms of use.
• Using Products to harm other users, servers, or gaming services.
• Creating fake accounts, bypassing restrictions, or fraud protection.
• Using Products for illegal gains or deception.

4.2 Violation of these terms may result in blocking your account on the Site, as well as denial of technical support and refund.

5. User responsibilities

5.1 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on the Site and making a purchase. The responsibility for the accuracy of the data lies with the user.

5.2 You are responsible for using your account and keeping your login credentials secure. In case of loss or compromise of these credentials, you must immediately notify support.

5.3 You agree not to create multiple accounts for the same person and not to use bypass tools (such as proxy servers) to hide your identity or location.

6. Technical support

6.1 GetCheats.io provides technical support to users only within the functionality and established rules. In case of technical problems related to products, the user may be offered remote access to solve the problem.

6.2 Refusal to provide remote access or failure to confirm the problem through video recording may result in denial of technical support and inability to receive a refund.

6.3 Responsibility for any technical problems arising from incorrect use of products lies with the user. GetCheats.io is not responsible for possible game blocks, restrictions, or other consequences related to software use.

7. Refund policy

7.1 Refunds are only possible in case of complete product malfunction that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Products that function but do not meet user expectations or have functional limitations specified on the Site are not eligible for refund.

7.2 For a refund, the user must provide video evidence of the malfunction and contact support within 14 days of purchase.

7.3 Refunds are not provided if the product has been used (for example, if the license has been activated or the product functionality has been used).

8. Liability of parties

8.1 GetCheats.io is not liable for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of Products, including but not limited to data loss, game blocks, device damage, or loss of profit.

8.2 GetCheats.io is not responsible for any technical problems related to incompatibility of hardware, software, or other factors beyond the Site's control.

9. Changes and termination of agreement

9.1 GetCheats.io reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. All changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.

9.2 In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement, GetCheats.io has the right to suspend or cancel access to products and services without a refund.

9.3 The Agreement may be terminated at the initiative of either party. Upon termination of the Agreement, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately terminate.

10. Final provisions

10.1 This Agreement is made in Russian and English. In case of discrepancies between texts in different languages, the Russian text shall prevail.

10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

10.3 All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
