1. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GetCheats.io (the “Site”), including customer accounts, software, licence-based products, digital services, hardware products and other products made available through the Site (collectively, the “Products” or “Services”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, purchasing a Product or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Where an Offer Agreement or other product-specific terms are displayed before purchase, those terms also form part of the agreement applicable to that transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, users below the legal age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of the Products is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. ACCOUNTS

Certain Services may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your password and account information confidential
Maintaining the security of your devices
Informing support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes or use another person's account without authorization.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

5. SOFTWARE LICENCES

When you purchase a software Product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use that Product in accordance with these Terms and the relevant product description.

Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership of the software, source code or underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

Sell or resell a licence
Share a licence with another person
Copy or redistribute protected software
Decompile or reverse engineer software
Attempt to derive source code
Circumvent licence verification
Modify or interfere with security systems
Publicly distribute protected files

6. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND PLATFORMS

Some Products may interact with third-party games, applications, operating systems or online platforms.

Those third parties may update their software, policies or systems at any time. Such changes may affect product compatibility or functionality.

GetCheats.io does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with every future update.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms or rules that apply to the platforms you use.

Any suspension, restriction, ban or other enforcement action taken by a third-party platform is outside our control.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must use the Site and Services responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

You must not:

Reasonable complaints, criticism and support requests are permitted when made appropriately.

8. PRICING

Product prices will be displayed before checkout.

The applicable currency will be shown before payment is completed.

Taxes, processing costs, conversion charges or other fees may be displayed separately where applicable.

9. PAYMENTS

Payments made through GetCheats.io may be processed using third-party payment processors, acquiring banks, payment gateways, cryptocurrency providers and fraud-prevention services.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the total amount displayed before confirmation.

A transaction may be delayed, refused, cancelled or refunded where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment security, suspected unauthorized activity, compliance requirements or legal obligations.

10. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

Where cryptocurrency is offered as a payment method, transactions may be processed through a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider.

Customers are responsible for sending:

The correct cryptocurrency
The correct amount
Funds to the correct wallet
Funds using the correct blockchain network

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after confirmation.

We cannot guarantee recovery of cryptocurrency sent using an unsupported asset, incorrect wallet address or incorrect blockchain network.

11. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital Products are normally delivered electronically following successful payment and any required payment verification.

Delivery may include:

Account activation
Licence-key delivery
Customer dashboard access
Software download access
Electronic credentials
Digital instructions

Temporary technical delays do not automatically constitute non-delivery where the Product can reasonably still be supplied.

12. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical support is provided for issues reasonably related to the Products and Services.

To investigate a technical issue, support may request:

Error logs
Video recordings
Device or system information
Remote troubleshooting where appropriate and agreed

Customers are expected to reasonably cooperate with troubleshooting.

13. REFUNDS

Because many Products offered through GetCheats.io are digital goods supplied shortly after purchase, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once a Product has been delivered, activated, accessed or downloaded, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

A refund or other remedy may be considered where a Product is materially defective or cannot perform its advertised core functionality and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

Customers requesting support or a refund may be asked to provide reasonable evidence of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may include:

Technical assistance
Replacement access
A replacement licence
Account credit
A refund where appropriate or legally required

Refunds will generally not be provided solely because:

A third-party platform restricts or bans an account
A third-party update affects compatibility
System requirements were not met
Installation instructions were not followed
A customer changes their mind after digital delivery

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. DIGITAL CONTENT AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal or cancellation period for digital content, customers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge how immediate delivery may affect their statutory withdrawal rights.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

15. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, incorrect or eligible for a refund, we encourage you to contact support first so that the issue can be investigated.

Submitting a knowingly false, fraudulent or abusive payment dispute may result in:

Licence suspension
Restrictions on future purchases
Additional fraud-prevention measures

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider or applicable law.

16. FRAUD PREVENTION

Orders may be reviewed using automated or manual fraud-prevention systems.

Transactions may be delayed, refused, cancelled or refunded where reasonably necessary to investigate:

Suspected fraud
Unauthorized payment activity
Account abuse
Security concerns
Compliance concerns

Additional information may occasionally be requested where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction.

17. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Keeping your credentials secure
Reviewing product requirements before purchase
Maintaining appropriate device security
Following installation and usage instructions
Using Products in accordance with applicable law
Following applicable third-party platform rules

You should notify support promptly if you believe your account or licence has been compromised.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The GetCheats.io website, branding, graphics, interfaces, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Software and other proprietary Products remain the property of their respective developers, suppliers or rights holders.

Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property.

19. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide reliable access to the Site and Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, third-party outages, security incidents, infrastructure issues, software updates or compatibility changes may temporarily affect service.

Products or Services may be updated, modified or temporarily suspended where reasonably necessary.

20. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Products will remain compatible with every future third-party update
Software will never require maintenance
Third-party platforms will not restrict user accounts
Every feature will remain permanently unchanged

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

This may include loss of:

Profits
Revenue
Data
Business opportunities
Access to third-party platforms or accounts

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate an account, licence or access to the Services where we reasonably believe that:

These Terms have been seriously violated
Fraudulent activity has occurred
Protected software has been improperly redistributed
An account presents a security risk
Our systems have been intentionally attacked or disrupted
Continued access would violate applicable law or compliance requirements

Where permitted by law, serious violations may result in termination without a refund.

23. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

Information may also be processed by payment processors, acquiring banks, fraud-prevention providers, hosting providers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to:

Provide the Services
Process transactions
Prevent fraud
Maintain security
Provide technical support
Comply with applicable legal obligations

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to:

Products and Services
Payment arrangements
Security requirements
Legal or regulatory requirements
Operating practices

The latest version will be published on the Site together with the date of the most recent update.

Material changes will generally apply going forward unless otherwise required by law.

25. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

26. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in a customer's country of residence provide additional rights or protections, those rights will continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

27. LANGUAGE

These Terms may be made available in multiple languages for convenience.

Where there is a material inconsistency between translated versions, the English version will apply unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
