CFF DMA Cheat for Escape From Tarkov

The CFF DMA cheat for Escape From Tarkov is a DMA build: you need a DMA card and a second computer to run EXLoader on. It will not work on a single PC.

Two requirement rows decide the rest. The aimbot moves the mouse through MAKCU or works in Silent mode, and without MAKCU only Silent is left. The game has to run in a window: the Game mode row says windowed only. The Steam version and the official launcher are both supported, on Windows 10 (20H2–22H2) or Windows 11 (21H2–25H2).

If you have no second computer, this build is not for you. The DMA options for the game are collected in the DMA for Escape From Tarkov section; a single PC needs a regular cheat.

The CFF DMA cheat for Escape From Tarkov reads the game through a DMA card while EXLoader runs on a second computer. The card lists 57 features in 13 groups: player, loot and quest ESP, a 2D radar, an aimbot through MAKCU or Silent, and memory writes.

What you need to run the CFF DMA cheat for Escape From Tarkov

• A DMA card is required. Without one the build does not work.
• A second PC is required. EXLoader runs on it, the game runs on your main computer.
• MAKCU is needed for hardware aiming. With it the aimbot moves the mouse in Hardware mode; without it you are left with Silent.
• Windows 10 (20H2–22H2) or Windows 11 (21H2–25H2), x64. Intel or AMD CPU.
• Client: Steam or the official launcher, windowed mode only. The anti-cheat row names BattlEye, and invisibility while recording is listed as yes.

ESP: who is in front of you and what they carry

ESP shows PMCs, Scavs, bosses, AI PMCs and Black Division, each with weapon, ammo and bullet penetration. The ammo tells you how dangerous someone is to your armour before the first shot. The group ID shows which PMCs move together, so one sighting means looking for the rest. High Alert draws a threat line when an enemy is facing you, and a player you have made a deal with can be marked as a temporary teammate with a colour of their own.

World ESP shows grenades with their trail and blast radius, tripwires, exfils coloured by open or closed, transits and quest zones. Battle Mode clears loot, exfils and quests off the screen with one key when a fight starts.

Loot, filters and the quest helper

Loot ESP shows everything by default, so the filters are what make it usable. A minimum flea or trader price hides cheap items, searched containers are skipped, and the cone filter keeps only what is in front of you. Dense piles collapse into "+N more", and below a minimum distance the filters stop applying so nothing next to you disappears. Special loot takes your own categories with an item watchlist — everything you still need for the hideout, for example.

The quest helper marks Visit, Mark, Plant Item and Plant Quest-Item zones, and items for Find Item tasks are highlighted right in loot ESP. A panel with the most valuable loot in view and the gear of the player under your crosshair help decide whether a fight is worth its prize.

Aimbot and memory writes

The aimbot works through MAKCU in Hardware mode or in Silent mode. Its FOV is a rectangle with width and height set separately, several hitboxes can be picked at once, and Headshot AI sends shots at bots to the head only. The weapon class is detected live, and each class — AR, SMG, pistol, shotgun, marksman and sniper rifle — gets its own FOV and smoothing. Lock Axis blocks your own mouse on the axes the aim drives, and VSRF is never targeted.

Memory writes apply only in a raid. They cover Silent Aim, recoil reduced by 0–50% and sway by the same range, and fast hands for quicker aiming down sights and reloads. Recoil and sway are reduced here, not removed completely.

Launch and the key

EXLoader runs on the second computer and the game on the main one. Choose the version marked [pay], press LAUNCH and wait for the loader to close; the menu opens with Insert. If the game is started after the radar, the cheat attaches on its own, and Refresh DMA re-attaches it if the connection drops, with nothing to restart.
