UBGG Permanent is a permanent HWID spoofer: it changes hardware IDs once and keeps them changed. It is its own listing in the HWID Spoofer catalog, with its own key and price — not a variant of anything else UBGG sells.

What UBGG Permanent actually changes

The launcher's Device tab checks six identifier categories and reports which ones are already changed. Disk, motherboard, misc data, the system UUID and the MAC address get spoofed; the GPU does not — the same screen marks it "Unchanged". A "Check Serials" button re-runs the check after every attempt, so a mismatch shows up right away instead of after you've already launched a game.

The spoof itself runs from the Spoofer tab, split into three sub-tabs: UEFI, Efi and Cleaner. Before running either firmware mode you pick your motherboard vendor from a list (Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock, HP, or Other), because the launcher applies a different firmware-level template depending on the board. UEFI Spoof and EFI Spoof both work at the firmware level; Regular Spoof skips firmware entirely. Separate toggles — Ethernet Spoof, Driverless Spoof, GPU Spoof — turn network-adapter spoofing, a driverless mode and the GPU on or off one at a time, so you only spoof what a given game actually checks. A Seed Address field holds the value new serials are generated from, and it can be regenerated before each run.

Cleaner is a separate step from the spoof itself and handles trace cleanup, so it can be run on its own without regenerating identifiers again — the point is keeping cleanup and spoofing as two different actions.

System requirements and anti-cheat coverage

Hardware-wise it needs Windows 10 or Windows 11, an Intel or AMD CPU, and any GPU — that GPU line is about the launcher running on your card, not about spoofing it, which means the requirement is about compatibility, not about what gets changed: as covered above, the card's serial is left untouched. A USB flash drive is required to launch: the loader boots from it, not from the Windows system disk.

The "Game client" row on the card actually lists anti-cheat engines, not game platforms: ACE, Faceit, Vanguard, BattlEye, EAC and Ricochet. These are the hardware-ban systems the spoofer targets, not storefronts like Steam or Epic Games, so when you read the row, read it by its content rather than by its label.
