What the Stern cheat for DayZ configures

Aiming lives on its own tab, labelled COMBAT with a single entry, Aim — even though the card groups the same settings as Aimbot: 7 items, from Silent Aim and bone selection (head, neck, pelvis) to a dedicated activation key and a Silent Max Distance slider. Picking a bone is a choice between hitting at all and dropping the target in one shot, and the activation key sits apart from bone and radius so aim only kicks in when you press it, not for the whole fight.

ESP sits under VISUALS — 14 items — split into three sub-tabs: Player, Infected and World, so live players, the infected and world objects get independent settings. Inside Player, the outline (Box), its fill (FilledBox), the skeleton (Skeleton) and its glow (Skeleton Glow) are four separate toggles rather than one ESP switch: the skeleton shows posture, so you can tell whether a target is aiming or just running. Render and fade distance sit apart from the size and reach of the off-screen direction arrows (Player Fov Arrow), because the arrows warn you about someone closing in from behind before the outline itself is even visible. The same panel also carries a Corpse toggle, which is not in the published feature list on the card. Infected get the same controls on their own tab, so if player outlines get too busy on a crowded server, only theirs can be dimmed while the infected stay visible.

DayZ loot ESP is the Loot group — 13 items: containers, weapons, clothing, magazines, ammo boxes, vehicles, animals, and a cargo inventory list read straight from a container instead of ground icons. Loot keeps its own render and fade distance apart from the player sliders, otherwise a military base turns into a wall of icons the moment you approach. Loot teleportation cuts the running across a big map, and Force Third Person plus Force CrossHair keep the camera and crosshair in one mode regardless of the game's own settings.

The rest is 11 Misc items and 3 Other items. Night vision and grass removal solve the same problem — visibility in the dark and in tall grass, where loot and enemies both tend to hide. Free camera with its own speed setting (Freecam mode, FreeCam Speed) lets you scout a base without leaving your character exposed. Settings save and load through the Config System, so colours and distances survive a game patch instead of resetting.

Stern DayZ system requirements

The cheat runs against the Steam build only — no other client is supported. Windows must be installed in UEFI mode, not Legacy, and the disk needs GPT partitioning, because moving off MBR means repartitioning the machine, not flipping a setting. Windows 10 builds 1903-22H2 and Windows 11 (except 25H2) work, on any Intel or AMD CPU and any GPU. No USB flash drive is needed — the loader boots straight from disk. If the game runs fullscreen the cheat will not launch, so switch to windowed or borderless first. The overlay stays out of screen captures and streams, which the separate Stream-proof feature in the Other group backs up. A spoofer is typically not bundled into the key — HWID masking is a separate product here.
