The debug camera and NoClip are useful for scouting a base or a town; players usually turn them off before a fight, when you need aim rather than a free-flying view.

The gameplay screenshots show exactly where the borrowed interface ends: the kill feed in the bottom-left corner and the hunger, thirst, and temperature icons belong to DayZ itself, not the overlay. DULLWAVE only draws the name tags, distance numbers, and "Corpse" labels above bodies.
