What Medusa actually does

ESP doesn't split into two layers like most competitors — it splits into eight: players, zombies, animals and vehicles, plus three separate corpse types, down to a dedicated death-marker list with its own history. The point isn't the row count, it's that looting a zombie's corpse and a player's corpse are different problems — a player corpse can carry a rare backpack, a zombie's almost never does — and separate draw distances mean frames aren't spent rendering tags for what's predictably not worth walking to. Aimbot has more than a radius and a distance cap: the panel screenshot shows a separate aim-speed slider, so the crosshair eases onto a target rather than snapping instantly, and that's its own setting, not a side effect of radius. Bone selection is a dropdown, and the aim circle draws its outline and its fill as two independently coloured layers.

Loot ESP sorts finds into 22 categories, from weapons and ammunition to crafting, tools, caches and structures, and separately shows condition across five grades from pristine to destroyed; loot can be hidden with one switch the moment a fight starts, so ground icons stop competing with aim. Misc covers free camera, night vision, full brightness, time-of-day control, loot-through-walls, third-person unlock and grass removal — the last one exists because a prone target in tall Chernarus grass is otherwise genuinely invisible. The settings section works like a profile manager rather than one fixed config: named profiles can be saved, loaded, renamed and deleted, and exported or imported as files instead of living with a single all-purpose setup. The server player list runs separately from ESP — search by name, add to a friends list, clear it, and copy a spotted player's SteamID64, useful for reporting someone to a server's moderators rather than just seeing them on screen.

System requirements

The product targets Windows 10 or 11, but excludes the 24H2 and 25H2 builds — an automatic Windows update can break the launch, worth checking before paying. No CPU, GPU or BIOS requirement is listed — any is claimed to work. The disk needs a GPT layout. No USB flash drive is needed to launch. No specific game client is listed on the spec sheet. Display mode is windowed or fullscreen-in-window only; a true fullscreen launch is not supported. Recording and streaming are marked unsupported, meaning the overlay will show up in a screen capture or on a live stream. The Spoofer row reads "Yes": HWID masking ships with the key and is not a separate purchase — that does not guarantee anything about the game developer's own response, it only describes what is bundled.

Buying the Medusa DayZ key

The private DayZ cheat sells as a key for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days — 299, 599, 1199 and 2499 GCC. The same seller also lists a separate Medusa Lite for DayZ — a simpler set without part of the full build's functionality, worth a look if eight ESP layers and a profile manager are more than needed.
