🚀 NN Launcher — Getting Started Guide

📋 System Requirements

OS: Windows 10 / 11 (versions 2004–25H2)
Processor: AMD or Intel
Disc format: GPT
BIOS Mode: UEFI
Additionally: USB flash drive not required

⚠️ An important note regarding Windows:
Supported Only official clean ISO images.
Operational Capability NOT guaranteed on "stripped-down," "enhanced," and "gaming" builds, as well as modified versions with components disabled.

🛠️ Preparing the System Before Startup

1. BIOS Settings

When restarting your computer, press and hold DEL or F2 To enter the BIOS:

For AMD: SVM / AMD-V ➔ Included
For INTEL: VT-x and VT-d ➔ Included
Required for everyone:
- Secure Boot ➔ With disabilities
- TMP / TPM 2.0 ➔ With disabilities

💡 Tip: Before starting it for the first time, press the button Diagnostics In the launcher, it will automatically scan the system and identify any potential issues.

🎮 Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Started

Log in to the game and connect to the server.
Run Launcher.exe on behalf of the administrator (Right-click ➔ Run as administrator).
Activate the key: Enter your license key in the window that appears and click Activate.
Click Launch on the home screen. The launcher will check the system status:
- If the hypervisor is NOT active: The launcher will automatically download and install it. After that, Restart your computer and restart the launcher.
- If the hypervisor is active but the game is not running: The launcher will ask you to launch the game. Open the game and connect to the server.
- If everything is ready: A button will appear Inject.
Click Inject. The program will load automatically (progress is displayed in the System Log (on the right).
Go to the game.
- Borders will appear around the players on the screen.
- Click INSERT, to open the settings menu.

⚠️ Attention DayZ players (on modded servers):
Reassign the key immediately INSERT to another one, because the server administrators might notice that you clicked on it!

❓ Troubleshooting (Frequently Asked Questions)

If the program isn't working, first click the button Diagnostics in the launcher. It will tell you which settings you need to adjust.

Error / Problem	Cause and Solution
❌ The hypervisor is NOT active	Click `Launch` — The launcher will install HV automatically, and then Restart your computer. If that doesn't help, check the BIOS (`SVM/VT-x` ➔ (Enabled) and run Diagnostics For testing Hyper-V / VBS.
❌ The game is NOT running	First, launch the game, log in to the server, and then click `Inject`.
❌ The overlay isn't displayed in the game	The game should run in windowed mode without borders: Game Settings ➔ Video ➔ Display Mode ➔ Borderless Window.
❌ It stopped working after the Windows update	A feature may return in Windows 11 Memory Integrity. Run Diagnostics, it will disable the protection; then restart your computer.
❌ WebView2 runtime not found	Install the WebView2 component: Download WebView2.
❌ Authentication error / Key not accepted	Check your Internet connection and make sure the key is entered without any extra spaces.
❌ The launcher won't start	Click on `Launcher.exe` Right-click and select "Run as administrator".
❌ Problems with the bootloader	Restore the Windows boot loader using the command `bcdboot`.

📌 Helpful Notes

How a hypervisor works: It is activated on one session (once). After each time you restart your computer, you'll need to run it again—just click Launch in the launcher.
Button Deploy: Used for preliminary manual configuration of the hypervisor (for the next system startup).
Hotkey: INSERT — Open / close the in-game settings menu.
