Instructions for Arcane GTA Online Enhanced

1. You need to completely disable the password when logging into Windows. You can use this guide: How to remove password on Windows 11 login

2. Then you need to temporarily disable CPU virtualization in BIOS

3. Run PowerShell as Administrator and enter the commands (you can copy and paste all at once):

   takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe"
   icacls "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe" /grant *$(([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent()).User.Value):F
   takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe"
   icacls "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe" /grant *$(([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent()).User.Value):F
   del "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe"
   del "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe"

4. Enable CPU virtualization back

• If you have less than 12 GB of RAM, contact your seller for a refund

• Disable all startup programs and restart your PC

If the problem persists:

1. Download AutoRuns: Download Autoruns

2. Disable all programs listed at this path: CurrentVersion\Run

Install: Visual C++ Redistributable

Run the overlay as Administrator following the instructions above

• Remove all third-party antivirus software

• Disable real-time protection

• Disable SmartScreen

1. Download both files: Download files

2. Run Turn_ON, confirm registry changes, restart PC

3. Then run Turn_OFF, confirm registry changes, restart PC

4. If this doesn't help, verify you removed antivirus and disabled real-time protection

Send a screenshot of the error to support on the website (bottom right corner), download AnyDesk and also send it to the support chat

• Launch Steam NOT as Administrator

• Disable all third-party overlays (keep only Nvidia or AMD depending on your GPU)

• If there was a game patch, wait for the product update

• Verify game file integrity, but a full reinstall is recommended

• If none of the solutions helped, contact support chat

• Launch Steam WITHOUT admin rights (if you play via Steam)

• Disable EA App overlay in application settings (if you play via EA App)

This error means your CPU doesn't support the AES instruction set, so it cannot be fixed. Contact us for a refund.

To fix this error, enter BIOS and find the function named "Intel virtualization technology" or "Intel VT-X" and enable it.

To fix this error, enter BIOS and find the function named "AMD-V" or "SVM mode" and enable it.

To fix this error, enter BIOS and disable the Secure Boot function.

To fix this error, convert your OS drive to GPT format using the built-in Windows tool mbr2gpt or any other disk management utility of your choice.

1. Enter BIOS and enable Secure Boot

2. Save settings

3. Verify it's enabled correctly by opening PowerShell and typing Confirm-SecureBootUEFI

4. If the result is "True", you can reboot your computer

5. Then enter BIOS and disable Secure Boot

1. Go to "Control Panel" → "Programs and Features" → "Turn Windows features on or off"

2. Make sure "Virtual Machine Platform" and "Hyper-V" are disabled

3. If the error persists, open cmd as administrator and enter the following command without quotes:

   bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

4. Press Enter and reboot your computer

1. Open cmd as administrator

2. Enter the following commands one by one:

   wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber

   wmic baseboard get SerialNumber

3. If neither command returns an error, something is wrong with your PC — try reinstalling Windows and checking if the problem disappears
