It is the marketplace's own mark: the profile is treated as fraudulent, a warning badge hangs beside it, and the Trust Score is down to one out of a hundred, the minimum possible. The badge covers the seller as a whole and stays on the page permanently. It rests partly on the reviews: both are at the lowest score and describe cracks, resold third-party builds and an instant ban.

No. The profile has zero products in the catalogue: no active items, no prices, no games it would cover. An order cannot be placed — there is simply nothing to buy. Given the scammer badge, a Trust Score of one out of a hundred and two reviews at the worst possible score, buying under this name outside GetCheats is a risk the buyer carries alone.

Keep the receipt, the correspondence and anything that proves payment, then write to support on the platform the payment went through — refunds only happen where the money was taken. If it went through GetCheats, contact our support. Bear in mind your game account may already be banned: one of the two reviewers was banned straight away. Leave a review too, so the next buyer is warned.

Because a deleted page explains nothing and warns nobody. The profile stays published with the scammer badge, the warning, the minimum Trust Score and both reviews attached. Anyone searching for this name sees the reasons behind the badge at once instead of learning them after paying. The marketplace keeps such pages open deliberately.

One of the two reviews is about exactly that: the buyer says he was banned immediately and never got to play at all. The other says nothing about bans but complains of builds that keep breaking because the seller cannot update them himself. There is no further ban data on this profile, and no rebuttal of that complaint either.

That is what one buyer states in his review: he says the seller resells other people's products as his own at twice the price, and also trades in cracks that keep breaking because he is unable to update the builds himself. Those are the reviewer's words; the profile contains no rebuttal or counter-explanation.
