Omega entered the GetCheats catalog in 2026 with cheats for free Rust (Alkad). The niche itself is in demand: there are plenty of players on free builds and noticeably fewer offers for them than for official Rust. That is exactly why we gave the product a trial run.

Why we removed Omega from the catalog

The decision came out of several reasons at once, and none of them was a one-off.

The main technical complaint is frequent detections. This is not the single incident that happens to any provider, but a recurring pattern: the product was caught again and again, and buyers were effectively paying for access that could stop working at any moment.

Build quality stayed poor throughout. We also want to call out the developer's attitude towards the users of their own product: it was bad, and buyers who reached out did not get the kind of response we consider acceptable from a provider in our catalog.

Pricing is a separate problem. The product travels through a chain where markups pile on top of the original cost, and it reaches the buyer at a price that has nothing to do with the actual level of the cheat. We could not put a sane price tag on a product like that.

Finally, we came to suspect malicious code in the build. To be clear, these are suspicions and we never confirmed them, but together with everything else they were enough for us to stop the sale.

Taken as a whole, we assess Omega as a scam product and do not recommend buying it, on GetCheats or anywhere else.

GetCheats editorial opinion

We added Omega in 2026 and removed it from the catalog the same year. The reason is not a single complaint but a systemic picture: frequent detections, weak quality, an inflated price, a bad developer attitude towards users, and suspicions of malicious code that we could not clear. We keep this profile published on purpose: buyers deserve to know why the product is gone from the catalog and what we think of the provider. If Omega comes back with a reworked product and sane pricing, we will revisit this assessment and write about it separately.
