Morphine Internal for Rust: Aimbot and Silent Aim with hitchance, desync manipulation and Bullet Teleport, player ESP with Steam ID, belt and clothes, World ESP with per-object chams, Raid ESP, Noclip, Speedhack, a spectator camera and a cloud radar. Cloud configs shareable by code. Windows 10/11, 16 GB RAM or more, no USB drive needed.
The Morphine Internal cheat for Rust is a full build that runs inside the game client. It suits a player who wants aim, map awareness and movement in one menu and likes tuning each group: the list holds 114 settings, and nearly all of them switch on separately.
Skip it if all you want is player ESP or a radar on its own: desync, Bullet Teleport and Noclip would sit unused, and Rust has standalone radars such as Lovec Radar for Rust. Before paying, check two requirement rows below: the build needs 16 GB of RAM or more, and the spoofer is not included, so HWID masking, if you need it, is usually a separate purchase. No USB stick is needed. If a row does not match your PC, other builds are on the Rust page.

The Morphine Internal cheat for Rust pairs Silent Aim with Bullet Teleport and a cloud radar. Its list runs to 114 settings in 14 groups, from aim and desync to movement, sky and cloud configs.
The Aimbot group has two modes. The regular aimbot drags your crosshair to the target, and Smoothness sets how gently, so a higher value reads less like a snap. Silent Aim leaves the camera alone: the shot lands while your view stays put. Always keeps it running without holding a key, and Hitchance sets the odds of a hit if you do not want every bullet to connect. Bones picks head, neck, spine or pelvis. Target Filters drop the wounded, sleepers, your team and NPCs, because otherwise the aim can lock onto a sleeping body instead of the player shooting at you.
Manipulation and Bullet Teleport come into play when there is no straight line to the target. Manipulation finds an alternative firing position, Desync Auto Shoot fires on its own key with an adjustable Max Desync, and Power Shot spends accumulated desync on extra projectiles. Bullet Teleport has its own radius and hitbox, and Visualize Scan shows the points it checks, so you can see why a shot went where it did. Instant Hit has an indicator in the HUD, which means you read its state without opening the menu.
Player ESP answers who you are looking at. Box and skeleton show where an enemy is and what they are doing, Held Item shows their weapon, and Belt and Clothes show hotbar and kit, so you know what someone brings before you meet. Steam ID and Team ID tell a solo from a group, because teammates share a team number. Out Of FOV Indicator arrows point at players off screen, and Draw On Map puts them on the map.
World ESP is set per object type: the tool cupboard, crates, ores, vehicles and traps each get their own toggle, colour, distance and chams. Keep loot range shorter than player range, otherwise labels bury the screen, and use Battle Mode to hide World ESP during a fight. Raid ESP filters raids by explosive and shows time since the last blast, which tells you whether a raid is still going. The radar runs from the cloud: start it from the menu, copy the share link for a teammate, and watch upload rate and ping in its stats.
Noclip and Speedhack run on a keybind with adjustable speed. Rust servers kick players for fly and speed violations, which is why Anti Fly Kick / Anti Speed Kick keeps movement near those thresholds. Camera adds a free Debug Camera, third person and a Spectator Camera that puts a chosen target in its own window. Configs live in the cloud and can be shared by code, Menu Search finds a setting by name, and Unload removes the cheat from the menu.
You need Windows 10 or 11, an Intel or AMD processor and 16 GB of RAM or more. No USB stick is needed to launch. The spoofer is not included, so HWID masking, if you need it, is usually bought as a separate product.
A key costs 758 GCC for 1 day, 1685 GCC for 3 days, 3369 GCC for 7 days and 6739 GCC for 30 days. The price comes off your balance, and the key is issued straight after purchase and kept in your account with its expiry date. A one-day key is worth buying first to check the build on your own PC. Morphine has a second card in the Rust section, Morphine for Rust; everything above describes the Internal build. The rest of the developer's catalogue is on the Morphine profile.
