Configs covers saving/loading a config plus switching the menu language, matching the published "Save/Load config" item; the Other group's second entry, Menu accent, looks by its name like a color accent for the cheat's interface.

That same radar screen also shows an X-Ray toggle with an "Ammo + Crew" mode and a separate "Show reports" switch — neither is in the published feature list. Treat both as menu elements, not confirmed functions: the card does not say what they show or whether they are currently active.
