Memez InternalX cheat for Rust is an internal build with six tabs in its own menu. The card lists 67 features in five groups, but the in-game panel splits differently — Aimbot, Weapon, Visuals, World, Misc and Confing — because Weapon and World are sections of their own, even though the card files them under Misc and Loot.

Rust ESP: Visuals on its own, the world in the World tab

Visuals publishes 17 rows: boxes and corner boxes, names, Team ID, sleepers, and the weapon in-hand. Then hotbar, look direction, NPCs, off-screen arrows, Radar, and chams for players and hands. The menu folds 2D and 3D outlines into one toggle, 2D/3D Box. Chams recolour the model itself instead of drawing a frame over the picture, which is why an internal cheat for Rust plays differently from an overlay. Three sliders live in the menu the list never mentions: skeleton thickness, World ESP distance, and radius.

World is where the card undersells the build hardest: the six rows published under Loot become 21 switches in the menu. Stone, metal, sulfur and hemp toggle individually; crates split by type — normal, military, elite, wooden. Then barrels, animals by species, vehicles and the helicopter; separately, sleeping bags, corpses, airdrops, dropped items and traps — found after a fight rather than on the map. The Misc tab also carries Fly Hack and Flyhack Prevent — neither appears on the published feature list — alongside Player Fov, Omni Sprint, Spider Man, Debug Camera and Crosshair.

Requirements: Steam, GPT, UEFI and windowed mode

Windows 10 or 11, an Intel or AMD CPU, any graphics card, no flash drive needed. The cheat works only with the Steam client, not a different game client. The disk must use GPT, because moving off MBR means repartitioning the machine, and BIOS has to run in UEFI mode, not Legacy. Game mode is listed as windowed, so exclusive fullscreen is not an option. The "Recording: No" row means the overlay shows up in captures or streams. No spoofer ships with the key — HWID masking is a separate product, and whether you need it depends on your setup.

The one review on the card — verified, rated 5 out of 5 — notes the build leans on the GPU, though the requirements list the card as "any" — worth trying the one-day key before a month-long buy.
