That is not decoration in Squad: a convoy usually carries the squad's FOB, its respawn point, so spotting one before the enemy does is half the fight on a map this large.

The Misc tab has nothing to do with aiming: it removes camera wobble and the shake from running and firing, which is what gets in the way once bullet drop and lead come into play at range, plus a separate recoil toggle, a speedhack, and its speed setting.
