🔧 Basic Recommendations

If you experience issues with launching:

• Disable antivirus (fully uninstall if needed).
• Disable Microsoft Defender.
• Disable driver anti-cheats: Faceit: run CMD as admin → sc stop faceit Valorant: run CMD as admin → sc stop vgc then sc stop vgk
• Faceit: run CMD as admin → sc stop faceit
• Valorant: run CMD as admin → sc stop vgc then sc stop vgk
• Make sure you are NOT using -vulcan launch option (not supported).
• Ensure time & region are synchronized in Windows settings.

❗ Known Problems & Solutions

1. Error: "An error occured in the secure channel support" / "The request has timed out" / "The operation timed out" Solution:

• Fully uninstall antivirus + other anti-cheats.
• Resync time & region in Windows.
• Try enabling/disabling VPN.

1. Error: "Hardware mismatch" Solution:

• HWID reset available once every 7 days: hardware-reset.
• Appears if your PC hardware/config changed since last injection.

1. Error: "Internal public server error" Solution:

• Fully uninstall antivirus + other anti-cheats.

1. Error: Infinite "Waiting for the game initialization" (Marvel Rivals) Solution:

• Must be launched via Steam only.
• Enable Steam Overlay (Shift + Tab during shader compilation).
• Remove all launch options and add: -d3d12 -dx12.
